"I ordered all 4 seasons of Criminal Minds through a Best Buy store and three seasons came in within days. However the second season did not come in with the original order. I called customer service and a lady by the name of "Nilsa" helped me with it. It had to come from another warehouse so it would be shipped in the future. I was worried that they would forget about that order and not send it to me. But Nilsa assured me that she would leave the file open on her computer and would continually check on it. She even called me at home to let me know that she was still working on it and that it should be sent out soon which it was. The order was in good shape and all of the dvd's work fine. Because of this lady with a great personality and caring for the customer, I will definitely order all of my future dvd series from Best Buy. You need more employees that go that extra mile for the customer. Great Job , Nilsa"

"I fell in love with this series and it's characters not that long ago, and now I have the series on DVD....I am a TV on DVD freak - and I LOVED every episode. I can't figure out the end - which if you are anything like me you know the end of a Movie/Show/Book end 1/2 way through. So I am entranced...the characters are wonderful and fun. The show is of course very dark; but it is worth the watch. Only one thing that the DVD didn't have the I love is the "Play All" feature...but that's something I can live with having this excellent show in my library."
