"This second installment is a fantastic addition! The story is all new yet ties to the first movie so it's almost like a continuation of the story. I love that all the original characters (played by the original actors) are still around. I hate it when there are replacement actors in sequels. The plot is interesting and the on screen chemistry between Jon Voight and Helen Mirren is hilarious! I love the combination of drama, suspense and comedy in a movie! This is a must buy for your DVD collection! The only scene that I feel slowed the movie was the scene in the water with Ed Harris."

"While most of the movie is a re-tread, it works if you liked the first one. in a year that many movies were mediocre at best, this one is still better than most that were released to date. The villan is different and the situation is different, but the story follows a similar path of discovery that leads the characters to new adventures that lead all the way to the top of the U.S. Government."
